Main Point :-   (i) Hemant Rupani takes over from Juan Pablo Rodriguez, who led HCCB for over two decades, serving in roles across markets like the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore, and India.       (ii) Headquartered in Bengaluru and founded in 1997, Hindustan Coca‑Cola Beverages operates with over 7,000 employees, serving as a key bottler and distributor of Coca‑Cola products in India. Under Rupani, HCCB aims to drive investment-led growth, enhance efficiency across its ₹12,500 cr JV, and capitalize on its strong market position in India.
